Cognni was founded in 2019 to fill the biggest gap in Information Security today: visibility. We autonomously map and classify companies’ most critical information assets without disrupting workflows.
We started with a simple concept. No one can begin implementing proper Information Security (InfoSec) policies or data governance frameworks without knowing what critical information they have, where it’s located, and who is sharing it daily. Building effective InfoSec postures and implementing protection means creating an information inventory, understanding information sprawl at a granular level, and leveraging insights to mitigate information risks.
